How do I choose the right box?

Start with your dog's main need. Calm Ritual is for dogs who need help settling. Kungfu Challenge is for dogs who need more structured stimulation and focus.

Will there be more boxes in the future?

Yes. We are building the collection around different dog energy profiles and behavior goals, so more boxes can be added over time.

Can I still buy the Calm Ritual Box now?

Yes. Calm Ritual is the current available box while newer systems can preview before launch.

What is the Kungfu Challenge Box?

It is our next box concept, designed as a structured challenge system for energetic dogs who need focus, control, and skill-building activities.

Are these boxes for specific dog sizes or breeds?

The boxes are designed around behavior goals rather than breed categories. We aim to make the systems flexible for a wide range of dogs.

Do you sell individual items too?

The main focus is still the box systems. Any extras or refills should support the boxes rather than replace them.

What if my dog is new to enrichment or training?

That is completely fine. The goal is to make each box feel guided and approachable, not overwhelming.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders of $69 or more ship free. Orders under $69 ship at a flat rate of $6.99.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to process your return, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at support@tailandtreat.com to start a return.
