Starter is best for trying Tail & Treat. Standard is our best value for a fuller daily routine. Deluxe is best for gifts or the complete routine.
Can I still buy products individually?
Yes. Individual products live under Essentials & Refills, especially for repeat favorites, add-ons, and replacement pieces your dog already loves.
How does free shipping work?
Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping. Starter Box orders under $69 do not qualify alone, but you can add another item to reach the threshold.
Why are boxes packed in small batches?
We are a small brand, so each box is packed with care in limited batches before shipping.
What is Build a Box?
Build a Box is our guided picker. It helps you start with a moment, choose the right tier, and personalize the routine without forcing a full custom configurator.

Not yet. This version keeps personalization controlled so the boxes stay operationally simple and the experience stays clear.
What is your return policy?
